Daniela Nedvědová

ATTORNEY-AT-LAW

Daniela Nedvědová has been an attorney at law at PLICKA & PARTNERS since 2023, when she decided to use her experience and knowledge in the field of law to help those who are needed. She decided to join the PLICKA & PARTNERS team mainly because of its extensive pro bono work in animal and nature protection and high moral and ethical principles with which she fully identifies. Daniela graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. During her studies, she worked in a law firm in Pilsen, where she gained a lot of experience providing legal services to clients, especially in civil law and intellectual property law. After graduation, she worked as an assistant judge in the criminal section of the regional court, where she encountered the most severe criminal offenses. Later, she worked as an assistant judge in the civil section of the district court. In addition to civil law, she specialized in inheritance law, foreign law, and compensation for damages caused by cancellation or delay of flights in air transport. This has deepened her knowledge and gained experience in substantive and procedural law, particularly concerning litigation proceedings. Within her tenure at PLICKA & PARTNERS, she would like to focus on civil law; however, she is involved in all areas of law and is continuously educated in all areas of law.

Zdeněk Frank

Zdeněk Frank has been a candidate attorney-at-law and a member of the PLICKA & PARTNERS team since January of 2014. As for his legal practice, Zdeněk mainly focuses on the Insolvency Law (insolvency motions, motions for interlocutory injunctions, sales of real estate during insolvency proceedings, applications of receivables to insolvency proceedings, etc.) and all the legal areas related to such matters (e.g. conflicts of law between execution and insolvency issues).

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the West-Bohemian Faculty in Pilsen. During his studies, he interned for a few real estate agencies, especially being part of contractual negotiations. After his graduation, he worked as an assistant to a judge in the commercial section of the Regional Court in Prague within a senate focusing on insolvency law where he handled the insolvency agenda, namely the debt forgiveness, bankruptcy and reorganization. This position enabled him to deeply familiarize himself with the reasoning and procedures of courts as well as this area of issues. Lenka Tollerianová

ATTORNEY-AT-LAW

Lenka Tollerianová joined us in 2022 from a smaller law firm, where she dealt with private law, such as employment, family, contract, intellectual property, and corporate law. She was part of the team dealing with litigation and insolvency. During her studies, she also completed an internship at the criminal section of the Regional Court in Ostrava. She would like to focus more on the criminal law as part of her work at PLICKA & PARTNERS. The amendment to the Criminal Code, which tightened penalties for animal cruelty, authored by Robert Plicka, the founder of our law firm, convinced Lenka, and she decided to send her CV to us. And as Lenka says: "Advocacy is more of a mission than a profession, and one often sacrifices one's private life at the expense of others." We agree with this view and approach, which is why we are glad that Lenka has become part of our team.
